Adrian Daniel Botnariu

Adrian Daniel Botnariu is a Berlin-based filmmaker and AI innovator with an engineering background and over a decade of experience in the film industry. Following early award-winning short films and studies at ENS Louis Lumière, he expanded his technical expertise at the Vodafone Innovation Lab, where he initiated a long-term partnership with Philips.

Since the very beginning of generative AI, he has aimed to harness its audiovisual power, leading to creative partnerships with the most relevant players in the field. In collaboration with LTX Studio he organized the first Berlinale adjacent AI event, bridging the trad film industry and the emerging AI creative sector. His recent work includes commissioned AI shorts, commercial projects, and a collaboration with FOX Entertainment.

In a systematic approach to AI-driven production pipeline design, Beyondflix Productions produces AI films that combine technological experimentation with emotional storytelling, while architecting new business models for a transforming industry.
